Frank Agin is the founder and president of AmSpirit Business Connections, where he works to empower entrepreneurs, sales representatives and professionals around the country to become more successful through networking. In addition, he is a sought after speaker and consult to companies and organizations on topics related to professional networking and business relationship development.
He has written numerous articles on networking and is the author of Foundational Networking: Building Know, Like and Trust to Create a Lifetime of Extraordinary Success as well as the co-author of LinkedWorking: Generating Opportunities, Contacts and Success on the World's Largest Online Professional Networking Website. He is also a monthly contributor to the SportsNetworker online newsletter and blog with his sports-themed networking advice column, The Huddle.
He also serves in an advisory capacity to various companies, including Frostop Beverages, Inc., a marketer of nostalgic soft drink brands, and Big Fish Networking, a promoter and facilitator of business-social networking events in Central Ohio.
Frank has a law degree and MBA from the Ohio State University and a B.A. in economics and management from Beloit College. As ongoing professional development, he is active in Toastmasters International and has had development training through Leadership Management, Inc., a leadership training and development company, as well as Top Communication Coach, an organization devoted to providing communication coaching for executives and professionals.
He lives with his wife in Blacklick, Ohio. When he is not working, he enjoys home improvement projects, working out and watching his three children participate in sports. As community involvement, he is active with the St. Matthew Athletic Association and the Houghton High School Alumni Association. He is also an avid fiction writer, with two novels to his credit: Out of the Comfort Zone and RIVAL.
